All products are made to order, and production typically takes 5 to 15 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
Once shipped, your order will usually reach you within 1-5 business days. Please note that delivery times only include shipping time and do not include processing time. This time does not include weekends, holidays, or delays that may occur due to the carrier (such as weather, traffic, or other local issues).
We will provide you with the shipping code immediately upon placing your order. You can use this shipping code to track your order’s path.
We always endeavor to have your order prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. For products with engraved words or engraved logos upon request, once the order has been confirmed, we cannot cancel or make changes.
We support returns within 14 days, starting from the day the package is successfully delivered. You must return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Currently we do not support direct exchange. If you want to exchange for another product, we recommend that you request a return of the original product and then place a new order. As soon as we receive and process the returned product at our warehouse, the money will be refunded to your original payment method.
At Anh Tuan Tho, we take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a defective product, please chat with our Customer Care Team or email us so we can assist you immediately.
Each product of Anh Tuan Tho comes with a free 3-year warranty against errors caused by the manufacturing process.
- Free repair for manufacturer defects.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs for inspection or repair.
- Repairs due to daily wear and tear, accidental damage or size changes are not covered by the warranty, but we are always happy to assist for a service fee.
Please note that the warranty will no longer be valid if the product is repaired by any party other than Anh Tuan Tho.
After 3 years, we are still happy to support repairs for a fee, including taxes and shipping fees.
