1. Return Period

  • You have the right to request return of goods within 14 days, calculated from the date the package is successfully delivered.

  • Returned products must be sent within this 14 day period.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be approved for a refund, the returned product must fully meet the following criteria:

  • Products status: Jewelry must be in original condition, completely unused and without any signs of scratches, wear or damage.

  • Packaging and accessories: Must have all original packaging included, including: box, seal and warranty card.

  • Geographical area: Orders must be returned from the same country where you originally placed your order.

  • Productss not eligible for return: Productss that are individually designed, engraved with names, engraved words or engraved logos upon request will not be supported for return or cancellation after the order has been confirmed for production.

3. Exchange Policy

Currently, Anh Tuan Tho Does not support direct exchange service. If you would like to exchange for a different product, different size or different color, we encourage you to do so request to return the original product (follow the procedure below) and then Place a new order on the website.

4. Return Request Process

To make the refund process go smoothly, please follow these steps:

  1. Send request: Log in to your account on the Anh Tuan Tho website, access the Order Details page and select the item “Return” at the bottom of the page.

  2. Get a shipping label: Once the request has been acknowledged, we will send an email with a DHL Prepaid return label attached.

  3. Safe packaging: Pack the product carefully in the original box. Print and clearly label the return label on the outside of the package (recommended to place transparent tape over the label to avoid tearing/fading during shipping).

  4. Send goods to: You can bring the package yourself to the nearest DHL post office, or click on the “Schedule a pickup” link in the email to have a DHL staff pick up the package at your home.

5. Return Costs and Refund Methods

  • Return shipping fee: The fixed fee is 40 USD for each return.

  • Refund: As soon as we receive the package at the factory, the technical team will inspect the product status. If satisfactory, the refund amount (after deducting the 40 USD return shipping fee) will be refunded directly to original payment method yours. The time it takes for money to float in the account may depend on the regulations of each card-issuing bank.
